Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Ardawi, a lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, participated in the first scientific forum entitled “The Role of Study Centers in Serving Society – Reality and Mechanisms of Activation and Influence”, which was organized by the Center for Studies and Research at Imam Al-Kadhim University College for Islamic Sciences in Baghdad. Dr. Al-Ardawi presented a research paper entitled “Why are Iraqi research centers unable to play their role in building the state and society”, in addition to an open dialogue session on the topic.
The forum aimed to shed light on the importance of research and study centers in providing services to society and decision-makers, and the obstacles and challenges that hinder their work in Iraq, whether inside or outside the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
